Based on your prediction performance during The International, you may have earned a discount code within the Dota 2 game client. To find your code, open the client, click Claim Rewards, and then select the Aegis reward graphic. You can apply this code at checkout.

Players can register anytime between September 18 and October 21. Your payment will be charged, and your pre-order confirmed, with an option to cancel only before October 22.

A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it enters production.

We will be accepting pre-orders for the 2025 Collector’s Aegis of Champions ahead of manufacturing and will begin shipping as units are completed.

You will receive regular updates as the Aegis moves through production—right up until it arrives at your doorstep.

Once the registration window closes on October 21, we will begin manufacturing the product and will update you as soon as your order is ready.

We expect manufacturing to be finished by mid-December, and all orders worldwide to be delivered in Q1 2026.

International orders typically take 7–14 business days to arrive, though delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing in your country.

Some countries may charge import duties, VAT, or other taxes upon delivery.

We have implemented a Duty Cost Estimator at checkout, based on the 2025 Collector’s Aegis of Champions price, applied discounts, destination country, and applicable duty rates.

If tariffs are increased substantially between October 21 and the date your item ships, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund, or contact you regarding the cost difference.

You can cancel your 2025 Collector’s Aegis of Champions order at any time and receive a full refund of your deposit until October 21.
